Three words in social media that should never be just “buzzwords” but rather
ways of life.
[At least that’s my philosophy.]
I believe the best social media is strategic. It has a clear goal, a defined audience, and measurable objectives. But, above all, it’s used to develop, maintain, and engage an online community, continuously encouraging two-way conversation between an organization/brand and an audience.
